Orders and Delivery
All orders are accepted by the Consultant subject to availability and payment – delivery to the Citrine Skincare Party host is anticipated to be made within 7 to 10 working days.
Cancellation and Refund
You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days by sending a written notice of cancellation to your Consultant at the address on top of this order form. Money paid will be refunded within 30 working days. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns / Exchange
If for any reason you are not delighted with your order Citriine Skincare Limited will refund or replace any product returned to your Consultant within 30 days of receipt. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
If you have any complaint concerning your Citrine Skincare Limited purchases or service, please advise your Consultant in the first instance.

Consultant Status
Your Consultant is an independent distributor for Citrine Skincare Limited and is not able to vary our terms and conditions or give any undertaking on behalf of the company other than to facilitate and process orders from customers.

Data Protection
Your privacy and security is our priority so we only record the information needed to supply the products and services you need.
We do not share your information with any third party other than trusted suppliers who are directly involved in the provision of our services except when legally required to by Government agencies for example – law enforcement.
We only retain your data for a reasonable period while you are a customer and do not keep historical records.
Payment
Our Consultants will accept cash payment and usually have portable card readers to allow secure card payments.
If a card reader is not available at the party location your Consultant will arrange to send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail address. You will not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice using your own credit card by this method.
For your security we do not record or access your payment card details under any circumstances.
