If you’re unhappy with your item or would like to swap your item, please return your purchase back to us for a refund or exchange. All of our UK returns are free! You simply need to:

  2. Give us details of the product and the reason for the return.
  3. We will arrange a return label.
  4. Take the parcel to your local post office!

  1. We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 30 working days upon receipt of your item
